The Recruitment Process

All Bright Beginnings Childcare personnel go through a rigorous recruitment process which includes:

• All workers must have a minimum of 2 years experience or relevant qualification and are interviewed by an experienced childcare consultant.
• We ensure child carers are only placed in environments they feel competent and are experienced to work in
• A full employment history is taken, the last 5 years of which must be checked and verified
• Two written references are obtained; one of which must be from present or most recent employer
• Professional qualifications checked and original certificates seen
• Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks are requested on all staff.

All Bright Beginnings Childcare personnel are required to undergo an induction on registration ensuring that only candidates up to date in the mandatory requirements are placed.

We carefully monitor the progress of our personnel to ensure that only high calibre workers are placed within nurseries and other childcare settings.
